Another week of Epic Epilogue and this officially marks two months of this blog series! Defiantly my longest lasting one and I’m very proud of it. I hope you’ve all been enjoying it as much as I have. It’s been so much fun being able to gush and scream about my favourite books by BIPOC authors!
This week we’re talking about favourite couples, so let’s get started!
Zainab and Adam from Love From A to Z by S. K. Ali
This is the first Muslim love story that I actually enjoyed. It balanced everything so well and I just fell in love with the story and most especially, the characters. Zainab and Adam though? They own my heart. They are adorable together, and I had the most fun time reading their story!
Emika and Hideo from Warcross by Mari Lu
When I first read Warcross, I couldn’t stop and that was largely due to the amazingness of Emika and Hideo. They’re just so cute together, and I was very invested in their story. It gets even better in Wilcard, even with all the heartbreak.
Dimple and Rishi from When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon
Opposites attract and no one is more opposite than Dimple and Rishi. But they work so well and I really fell in love with them when I read this book! They’re defiantly one of my favourite couples.
Maia and Edan from Spin the Dawn by Elizabeth Lim
Well, what can I say about these two? They have amazing chemistry with one another, and I loved all the quality time they got to spend together during the book. I can’t wait to see how their relationship changes and progresses in the second book!
This list is far from being a comprehensive list of all my favourite bookish couples, but I think it’s a good start! Tell me about your favourite BIPOC couples in the comments!
Thank you for reading and see you next time ❤
